Day 1 : Guwahati
You will be picked up at the airport/railway station and then drive to Hotel. If time permits than you can go for local market visit or Brahmaputra River Cruise. Relax in Hotel. Overnight stay at Guwahati.
Day 2 : Guwahati-Shillong
In the morning go for a visit to Maa Kamakhya Temple,one of the famous shakti peethas located at the top of Nilachal Hills from where you can have an eagle eye view of the whole city. Then drive to Shillong, (3 hours), the capital of the state of Meghalaya and home to the Khasi tribe. Shillong has rightly earned the sobriquet of "Scotland of the East" owing to the rolling hills, beautiful scenery and climate. On the way you will visit the beautiful Umiam Lake, a major tourist attraction located just before entering Shillong, you can visit the local market and visit Don Bosco Monument which is a 7 storey monument where you can have a glimpse of culture and tradition of North- East, Ward’s Lake where you can enjoy boating, Botanical Garden and Lady Hydri Park. Check-in the Hotel and rest of the day in leisure.
Day 3 : Shillong-Cheerapunjee
In the morning you will visit Shillong peak and get a bird's eye view of the entire city of Shillong and then go to Elephanta falls. Then drive to Cherrapunjee, the erstwhile rainiest place in the world. On the way, experience the beautiful rolling hills, the flora and the waterfalls, most importantly the Nohkalikai or Seven Sisters Falls, a seven segmented waterfall which falls from a height of over a 1000 ft, you can also some of the caves like Mawsmai Cave, Arwah Cave and night stay at Cherrapunjee.
Day 4 : Cheerapunjee-Dawki-Mawlynong
Drive from Cheerapunjee to Dawki and river Umgnot, with pictures of crystal clear waters popular in the social media. Here you can relax yourself, take a leap and if you are a fish lover than can also try the taste of local fish at nearby foodcourt. Then drive to Mawlynnong a picturesque village located in East Khasi Hills along the India-Bangladesh border. Declared as the cleanest village in Asia by Discover India magazine in 2003, the modestly existing Mawlynnong has alternatively been known as 'God's own garden' too. Go for a short trek of the village and see the Khasi way of life and meet the locals. You can visit Balancing Rock, Sky Walk, Bangladesh View point and the longest Living Root Bridge. Overnight stay at Mawlynnong.
Day 5 : Mawlynnong-Juwai-Shillong
Early morning after breakfast process to Juwai. Go for a visit to KrangSuri water fall, Tryshi waterfall and then you can visit jarian pitcher plant lake which is a lake of Carnivorous plant. Then drive back to Shillong. In evening if time permits than you can also visit Shillong Local market. Overnight stay at Shillong.
Day 6 : Shillong-Kaziranga
Early morning after breakfast drive to Kaziranga. One of the famous wildlife sanctuaries for one Horn rhino. In later evening you can enjoy the view of Tea Garden and rest of the evening relax in hotel.
Day 7 : Kaziranga-Bhalukpong
Early morning go for Elephant Safari & Jeep Safari the usual sightings at the park are of rhinos, elephants, deer, Asiatic buffaloes, Sambars, boars and a wide variety of birds, including migratory birds. Then after breakfast you can go for local sightseeing like orchid Garden visit and Tea Estate visit. Then drive to Bhalukpong. On the way you can have a beautiful view of the mighty Brahmaputra river over the Kolia Bhumura Bridge (Photography is not allowed there) you can also have a view of the beautiful Tezpur town there you can visit the Agnigarh, the Madhav Bhairav Temple. Come back to hotel and overnight stay at hotel in Bhalukpong.
Day 8 : Bhalukpong-Dirang
Have your breakfast process for Dirang. After that visit Yak Research Centre, Hot Water Spring, Orchid Research Centre. On the way you can enjoy the view of natural water falls. Reach Hotel and overnight stay at Dirang.
Day 9 : Dirang – Tawang
After breakfast transfer to Tawang. On the way visit war cemetery. Continue with the drive till you reach Sela Pass at an altitude of 4114m / 13494 ft. It is famous for high altitude lakes & scenic beauty & is ideal for ice skating during winter. Check in the hotel on arrival. Overnight stay in Tawang Today’s attraction:- 1. Sella pass 2. Paradise lake (Sella Lake) 3. Jaswant Garh 4. Jung water falls 5. Tawang War Memorial & Show.
Day 10 : Tawang
After breakfast visit Tawang Monstery , Singar Ani Gompa. Evening return back to hotel. Overnight stay in Tawang. Today’s Attraction:- 1. Tawang monastery 2. Tawang Ropeway 3. Craft Center Day 11: - Tawang – Bumla- Tawang After breakfast visit Bumla Pass, Madhuri Lake & P.T.Tso Lake .Evening free for leisure. Over Night stay at Tawang. Today’s Attraction:- 1. Indo-China Border (Bum La Pass) 2. Madhuri Lake (Sungester Lake) 3. PTSO lake
Day 11 : Tawang – Bomdila
After Breakfast transfer to Bomdila. After lunch visit Gontse Rabgyaling Monastery (Upper Gonpa), Thub-Chog Gatsel Ling Monastery (Lower Gonpa), Bomdila View Point. Bomdila offers wonderfully panoramic view of Himalayan landscapes and snow clad ranges. Evening you can visit the local market. Overnight stay in Bomdila. Today’s Attraction:- 1. Local Market visit 2. Nuranang Falls 3. Bomdila View Point
Day 12 : Bomdila – Guwahati
Early morning after breakfast visit Bomdila view point. After that process for Guwahati. Rest of the evening in leisure. Overnight stay at Guwahati.
Day 13 : Guwahati Depart
Early morning after breakfast with all the sweetest memories drive to Guwahati Airport for your onward journey home.
