Day 1 : Guwahati
You will be picked up at the airport/railway station and then drive to Hotel. Freshen up and take a rest. Then you can go for a visit to Srimanata Shankardev Kalakchetra where you can have a glimpse of culture and tradition of Assam. Overnight stay at guwahati.
Day 2 : Guwahati
Early morning after breakfast drive to Pobitara Wildlife Sanctuary, famous for one horn Rhinos. Enjoy whole day go for safaris and evening drive back to Guwahati. Evening you can go for local market visit. Overnight stay at Guwahati.
Day 3 : Guwahati
Early morning after breakfast go for a visit to Maa Kamakhya Temple which is one of the famous shakti peethas located at the top of Nilachal Hills from where you can have an eagle eye view of the whole city. Then drive to Sualkuchi it has large number of cottage industry engaged in handloom, for which it is also known as “Manchester of Assam”. This is the textile centre of Assam. Muga,Pat Silk,Eri Silk & Endi cloth from this region is famous for its quality. Then in evening drive back to Guwahati. Overnight stay at Guwhati.
Day 4 : Guwahati-Shillong
Early morning after breakfast drive to Shillong (3 hours), the capital of the state of Meghalaya and home to the Khasi tribe. Shillong has rightly earned the sobriquet of "Scotland of the East" owing to the rolling hills, beautiful scenery and climate. On the way you will visit the beautiful Umiam Lake, a major tourist attraction located just before entering Shillong, you can visit the local market and visit Don Bosco Monument which is a 7 storey monument where you can have a glimpse of culture and tradition of North-East, Ward’s Lake where you can enjoy boating, Botanical Garden and Lady Hydri Park. Check-in the Hotel and rest of the day in leisure.
Day 5 : Shillong-Cheerapunjee
In the morning you will visit Shillong peak and get a bird's eye view of the entire city of Shillong and then go to Elephanta falls. Then drive to Cherrapunjee, the erstwhile rainiest place in the world. On the way, experience the beautiful rolling hills, the flora and the waterfalls, most importantly the Nohkalikai or Seven Sisters Falls, a seven segmented waterfall which falls from a height of over a 1000 ft, you can also some of the caves like Mawsmai Cave, Arwah Cave and night stay at Cherrapunjee
Day 6 : Cheerapunjee
Today morning after breakfast you'll go for a trek to Double Decker Root Bridge. It is a trek of 3 KM which consist of 3200 steps. On the way to Living Root Bridge you’ll have a view of blue hills, hanging bridge, and waterfalls. Reach Root bridge and enjoy the moment. At Nongriate village (Double Decker Root Bridge) you can seat and enjoy its serenity along with a natural fish spa. Afterwards start your way back up to starting point and reach hotel. Relax yourself. Overnight stay at Cherrapunjee.
Day 7 : Cheerapunjee-Mawlynnong
Drive from Cheerapunjee to Dawki and river Umgnot, with pictures of crystal clear waters popular in the social media. Here you can relax yourself take a leap and if you are a fish lover than you can taste the local flavor of fish at nearby food court. Then drive to Mawylynnong, a picturesque village located in East Khasi Hills along the India-Bangladesh border. Declared as the cleanest village in Asia by Discover India magazine in 2003, the modestly existing Mawylynnong has alternatively been known as 'God's own garden' too. Go for a short trek of the village and see the Khasi way of life and meet the locals. You can visit Balancing Rock, Sky Walk, Bangladesh View point and the longest Living Root bridge. Overnight stay at Mawlynnong.
Day 8 : Mawlynnong-Juwai-Shillong
Early morning after breakfast process to Juwai. Go for a visit to KrangSuri water fall, Tryshi waterfall and then you can visit jarian pitcher plant lake which is a lake of Carnivorous plant. Then drive back to Shillong. In evening if time permits than you can also visit Shillong Local market. Overnight stay at Shillong.
Day 9 : Shillong
Early morning after breakfast go for a visit to Laitlum Canyon, famous for its view. Where the name itself means “End of Hills” Then visit Smit Valley, here you can experience the beauty and purity of Meghalaya. Then visit Mawphlang Secrad Forest which is the biggest sacred groves in Meghalaya preserved and protected by local communities. Evening free for local market visit. Overnight stay at Shillong.
Day 10 : Shillong-Guwahati Depart
Early morning after breakfast drive to Guwahati Airport with all the mesmerizing memories for your onward journey home.
